
I don't understand why another plane couldn't be brought in to take us to Atlanta when the weather had clearly improved. Had you just cancelled the flight initially, I could have gotten a hotel and good nights sleep, instead, I had to stay up all night and watch for the new departure time, which at 2am was then moved to 6am. 9pm last night, but instead, arrived at 6:30 this morning.

I was supposed to arrive in Tucson at approx. Once in Atlanta, I was again delayed, delayed, delayed, delayed, delayed, over and over. THEN…… my returning flight leaving BWI was delayed 4 hours due to weather in Atlanta. My first connecting flight in Atlanta was delayed by one hour, then sat on the tarmack for probably another 30 mins which made me arrive an hour and a half later than expected to BWI which then caused the person picking me up to wait an extra hour and a half. SUCH A SHAME Since the staff was wonderful and the plane was clean, with more leg room than Southwest, but I will be spending my money elsewhere calling customer services is a JOKE with over an hour hold time, Cooperate also has a hold time of over an hour, I was hoping to find Delta as an excellent provider and was BEYOND DISSAPPOINTED< with plans to be traveling more in the near furture I will NEVER USE DELTA AGAIN.

ON top of that I did not received ANY SKY MILES which for 9 air fares SHOULD be decent amount but with NO ONE answering the phone I feel that this will never be resolved. Booked our flight from Albany NY to Orlando with a stop off in Georgia, 5 adults and 4 children, 1- 14 year old, 2 6 year olds, amd a 4 year old, I explained that the children needed to be seted with adults for the flights and was assured that they would be, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN, they were scattered ALONE in different rows, on all the flights to and home, on the way home it seems my luggage was searched and some of my Belongings were NOT returned to my suitcase.
