Overall Sky Force Reloaded is a nice good looking shoot-em-up, even if the required grinding might be too much for someone.The legendary shoot-’em-up is here to celebrate its 10-year anniversary in super-destructive style. However the mobile UI is way better than the console version. I would have preferred having a 2-3 levels demo with freemium options.

Understandable as it's a free game but gets annoying. On one side the mobile version is plagued with aggressive behaviour to force you into microtransactions. A final note as I played this game also a little bit on mobile. Sky Force Reloaded Top-Down Shoot 'Em Up. There a bit too many hoops to go sometimes and at start it's easy to forget which key does what. UI is usable even though could certainly be improved. Adding that the game kinda discourages you from trying new stages (as you lose cards or parts, if you die) makes for a repetitive experience.

There are minor differences (like enemy or bullet patterns) but mostly it's just more damage and more hp, which makes it a bit boring. However, each level is available in 4 difficulty levels. Levels are pretty well designed, following many best practiced established in the genre (there even is a level where you don't have to shoot).

I guess you can't ask too much from an indie studio, however. I would have liked a bit more variety, both for the backgrounds and for the enemies (even most bosses, while playing differently, look almost the same). Sky Force from Infinite Dreams is an ultimate classic arcade shooter, with 3D interactive objects, outstanding graphics, special effects, soundtrack and 100 of pure gameplay. I never experienced any slowdown, even in pretty busy screens, so I guess it was quite well done. Graphic is superb, audio is pretty good (even though the voice can get annoying sometimes). 20h 38m PlayedTechnically it's quite well done.
